Over dit exemplaar
Fujian sugar fluorite at 8.3 cm and 215 g; a cabinet piece with a frosted look.
Fluorite is the classic collector's halide: calcium fluoride that grows as cubes, octahedra and stepped combinations, often with colour zoning that shows best in daylight.
Fujian's fluorite-quartz veins have supplied collectors for two decades; the province is the source of most of the green and purple Chinese fluorite on the market.
The piece is cabinet in size, 8.3 × 6.5 × 3.5 cm (3.27 × 2.56 × 1.38 in) and 215 g (7.6 oz). Otherwise the piece is sold exactly as photographed.
Every specimen here is photographed and catalogued individually before listing.
