We only collect data necessary to process your orders and improve your experience.
IdentityName, email, and shipping address.
PaymentVia Stripe/PayPal. We never store card numbers.
AnalyticsWe use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via gtag.js to collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, items added to cart, checkout funnel events — to improve the site. We do not sell this data. GA4 sets standard cookies in your browser; you can opt out at any time using your browser's Do Not Track setting or by blocking third-party cookies. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA) on the support chat to reduce spam.

You can exercise any of these rights at any time by emailing support@mymineralbox.com from the address associated with your order — we will respond within 30 days.
GDPR (EU / UK / EEA)Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase ("be forgotten"), restrict processing of, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal bases are: contract performance (for order processing), legitimate interest (for fraud prevention and site improvement), and consent (for analytics cookies — managed via the cookie banner). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
CCPA / CPRA (California)Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, how we use it, and to whom we disclose it; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate data; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.
