How long delivery takes
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days handling). Most packages then spend 5–8 business days in transit, for a typical total of 6–10 business days to most countries. Remote regions can take a little longer, and customs clearance times vary by destination.
What's not included
To keep our shipping promise honest, a few things sit outside it. Local taxes (VAT, GST, or sales tax) set by your country may apply and are separate from duties. Buyer-caused costs are also not covered — an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused or unclaimed parcel, redelivery or storage charges, a missing customs ID where one is required, special documents you request, or remote-area surcharges. Every specimen is hand-wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to survive long-haul transit. Fragile crystals are floated in protective fill so points and terminations arrive intact.
