Over dit exemplaar
Argentine quartz with rose quartz at 4.3 cm and 15 g; a miniature with gentle colour.
Good quartz is about hexagonal prisms with clean terminations and the glassy lustre that lets a cluster catch light from every angle.
Argentina's Capillitas district is the classic source of banded rhodochrosite, and the country also produces fine quartz and fluorite.
Dimensions place it in the miniature range, 4.3 × 3.5 × 1.5 cm (1.69 × 1.38 × 0.59 in) and 15 g (0.5 oz). Condition is otherwise as photographed.
Every specimen here is photographed and catalogued individually before listing.
