Average delivery time is 7–10 business days globally.
We cover all VAT, Customs & Import Duties for you.

2. Order Tracking & Updates
Communication is key. You will receive an immediate confirmation email upon purchase. Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Eligibility for Refund
We offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days for the following reasons:
- The item is significantly different from the product description or photos.
- The item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling.
- The package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Returns for Personal Preference
We understand that collecting is personal. If you change your mind, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.
*The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition with all packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items (unless damaged).
- Gift cards.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

- Lost in Transit: If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund.
- Marked Delivered but Missing: Please file a police report for theft. We will assist you with all necessary documentation.
