يتقاسم الليلكي والأخضر الربيعي بلورةً واحدة هنا. فعلى امتداد الحافة العليا يرتفع صفّ من أوجه المكعبات المدرّجة كسور منخفض، زجاجيّ ومائل إلى البنفسجي بخفوت؛ وتحته يغمر الداخلَ الأخضرُ، تعكّره هنا وهناك مناطق حليبية حيث توقّف النموّ ثم استأنف. وحين تُرفع تجاه نافذة تضيء الصفيحة كلها، أي ما يقارب 13 سم من الفلوريت في كتلة واحدة.
التشريط بهذه الصورة يسجّل تبدّل كيمياء السائل في منتصف النموّ: فالشوائب النزرة والعيوب في شبكة CaF2 تُزيح الامتصاص من البنفسجي نحو الأخضر بينما يواصل المكعب تراكمه. وفلوريت تشجيانغ يخرج غالبًا ككتل ثقيلة أحادية البلورة لا كدروز مفتوحة، ولهذا يُقرأ السطح على هيئة درجات مكعبة مصطبية ومستويات انفصام. وعند صلادة 4 على مقياس موس مع انفصام ثماني الأوجه تامّ، احمل كتلة بهذا الحجم ويدك تحتها.
