Über diese Stufe
Fujian smoky quartz at 10.1 cm and 229 g; a cabinet floater, priced with the tip disclosed. A stout, dark smoky quartz crystal with striated faces and a base grown free as the supplier notes; the supplier notes a slightly damaged tip.
The smoky colour is natural and usually deepens toward the terminations while the prism bases stay clearer.
Fujian's fluorite-quartz veins have supplied collectors for two decades; the province is the source of most of the green and purple Chinese fluorite on the market.
By size it is cabinet, 5.4 × 3.4 × 10.1 cm (2.13 × 1.34 × 3.98 in) and 229 g (8.1 oz). Disclosed condition: a slightly damaged tip. The price reflects it and the photographs show the affected area. Condition is otherwise as photographed.
Every specimen here is photographed and catalogued individually before listing.
