Scharfe Kanten und sekundäres Wachstum teilen die Hauptflächen in kleinere reflektierende Ebenen, was Farbblitze bei der Veränderung des Winkels erzeugt. Pale feinkörnige Kristalle schichten Teile der Matrix um den Fluorit. Die umgekehrte Ansicht zeigt zusätzliche oktaederale Formen und die geschichtete Tiefe des Exemplars, wobei durch die Mitte gesättigtes Purpur konzentriert wird.
