Cristalli di vanadinite rosso-arancio si raccolgono vicino ad un bordo di una matrice di colore mattone. Diverse forme a canna corta si innalzano sopra i cristalli sparsi più piccoli, con riflessi più brillanti che appaiono sui loro volti superiori. L'ampia ospite rimane per lo più esposta attraverso il centro. Un angolo più vicino rivela le differenze di altezza del cristallo all'interno del gruppo principale e la crescita arancione più fine che si estende lungo la matrice ruvida, dando al campione poco profondo una superficie di visualizzazione superiore concentrata.
