Il cristallo di berillo snello mostra un colore saturo e un profilo verticale pulito, in piedi nettamente contro i cristalli ospiti morbidi verde-bianco. Una seconda vista rivela il lato stretto dello smeraldo e il suo punto di attaccamento vicino al centro.
