Over dit exemplaar
Yunnan yellow baryte at 27 g; a miniature with gem-like blades.
Baryte's tabular blades are its typical habit, and its weight in the hand is the easiest field test.
Yunnan is China's most mineralogically diverse province, source of the pyromorphite, azurite and blue aragonite that have become collector favourites.
By size it is miniature, 3.5 × 3.1 × 2.6 cm (1.38 × 1.22 × 1.02 in) and 27 g (1.0 oz). Otherwise the piece is sold exactly as photographed.
Each specimen is individually photographed and catalogued before it is listed.
