Over dit exemplaar
A rounded, gourd-shaped stalactitic calcite in bright orange, its surface covered in tiny sparkling crystals like orange sugar, with three small bumps along the top and a paler base. The colour is unusually saturated.
Yunnan gourd calcite in this orange tone is a distinctive local form; a miniature that stands on its base.
It measures 6 × 4 × 3.3 cm (2.36 × 1.57 × 1.30 in) and weighs 52 g (1.8 oz), a small cabinet-sized piece that displays well on a shelf or in a cabinet. What you see in the photos is the piece you receive; any known repair, mount or treatment is disclosed above.
