Over dit exemplaar
Fujian frosted purple-green fluorite at 132 g; a small cabinet piece with a velvety texture.
Fluorite is the classic collector's halide: calcium fluoride that grows as cubes, octahedra and stepped combinations, often with colour zoning that shows best in daylight.
Fujian's fluorite-quartz veins have supplied collectors for two decades; the province is the source of most of the green and purple Chinese fluorite on the market.
By size it is small cabinet, 7.5 × 4.5 × 3.5 cm (2.95 × 1.77 × 1.38 in) and 132 g (4.7 oz). Condition is otherwise as photographed.
Every specimen here is photographed and catalogued individually before listing.
