Over dit exemplaar
Fujian transparent violet fluorite at 7.5 cm and 106 g; a small cabinet piece with strong contrast.
Chinese fluorite has become a staple of modern collections for its sharp crystal faces, strong colour and a lustre that reads well from across the room.
Fujian's fluorite-quartz veins have supplied collectors for two decades; the province is the source of most of the green and purple Chinese fluorite on the market.
Dimensions place it in the small cabinet range, 7.5 × 4 × 3 cm (2.95 × 1.57 × 1.18 in) and 106 g (3.7 oz). Otherwise the piece is sold exactly as photographed.
Each specimen is individually photographed and catalogued before it is listed.
