Over dit exemplaar
Henan yellow botryoidal fluorite at 7.5 cm and 139 g; a small cabinet piece with an unusual form.
Chinese fluorite has become a staple of modern collections for its sharp crystal faces, strong colour and a lustre that reads well from across the room.
Henan's Luoning and Songxian districts are the source of Chinese wulfenite, mimetite, pyromorphite and vanadinite.
Dimensions place it in the small cabinet range, 7.5 × 5.5 × 2.8 cm (2.95 × 2.17 × 1.10 in) and 139 g (4.9 oz). The specimen is otherwise sold in the condition shown.
