Golden-ochre crystals form a rounded mineral cluster with a conspicuous raised center. The outer part resembles an irregular ring of tightly crowded small growths, while the central mound is broader and projects forward. Numerous reflective faces break up the otherwise fairly even warm color.
This Yunnan specimen has a disc-like overall profile, but its surface is far from flat. Shallow recesses separate the center from the surrounding clusters, and uneven edges preserve a natural outline.
