A cluster of pale, translucent dogtooth calcite points with vivid green conichalcite-type copper arsenate and a pink cobalt-mineral tint filling the spaces between them, giving the pale calcite unexpected colour. Thumbnail size.
Yunnan dogtooth calcite with green and pink copper-cobalt minerals from the same oxidation zone; a micro-mount with more species than its 12 g suggests. Wash hands after handling.
