Über diese Stufe
Fujian green fluorite with quartz at 256 g; a small cabinet piece with a clean colour accent.
Chinese fluorite has become a staple of modern collections for its sharp crystal faces, strong colour and a lustre that reads well from across the room.
Good quartz is about hexagonal prisms with clean terminations and the glassy lustre that lets a cluster catch light from every angle.
Fujian is China's most productive fluorite province, and its granite-hosted veins also yield the garnet, quartz and calcite that fill modern collections.
The piece is small cabinet in size, 7.8 × 6.2 × 5.2 cm (3.07 × 2.44 × 2.05 in) and 256 g (9.0 oz). Otherwise the piece is sold exactly as photographed.
Every specimen here is photographed and catalogued individually before listing.
