Sobre este espécimen
Cubos vítreos de fluorita se asientan sobre un bloque granítico pálido de Yaogangxian, y su interior cuenta la historia: clorita de un verde oscuro flota dentro de los cristales en capas nubosas, sellada por el crecimiento posterior, mientras que los bordes exteriores conservan una fina traza violeta. Donde la clorita se adelgaza, la fluorita es lo bastante transparente como para leer un texto impreso a través de ella.
La fluorita con inclusiones de clorita es la especialidad discreta de la mina. Nunca grita como los morados saturados, pero cada cristal guarda una historia de crecimiento legible: mineral verde capturado a mitad de la cristalización, enmarcado en vidrio.
Mide 6,0 × 5,1 × 4,8 cm y pesa 110 g, sobre la base de acrílico que se muestra. Natural y sin tratar; la pieza fotografiada es exactamente esta.
