Guangdong green fluorite with quartz at 22 g; a miniature with a soft green accent.
Fluorite is the classic collector's halide: calcium fluoride that grows as cubes, octahedra and stepped combinations, often with colour zoning that shows best in daylight.
Rock crystal is judged on termination quality, clarity and how the crystals sit together, and the Chinese localities have raised the bar on all three.
Guangdong is the source of the red hematoid quartz and green phantom quartz that reached collectors after 2015.
Dimensions place it in the miniature range, 4.3 × 2.6 × 2.5 cm (1.69 × 1.02 × 0.98 in) and 22 g (0.8 oz). The specimen is otherwise sold in the condition shown.
