この標本について
Rounded, milky-white growths form an uneven, cloud-like cluster in this Yunnan association. Translucent lobes occupy one side, while the opposite surface has a finer granular texture. Small gray to very pale blue details occur between the larger white forms.
White dominates the daylight color, accompanied by subtle pale-blue grains. Its visual character comes from the alternating smooth-looking rounded areas and more densely textured patches, with shallow recesses between the lobes. The fine pale-blue details sit in the gaps between the larger white lobes, rather than forming a continuous colored layer. Hydrozincite and celestite form the mineral association.
Locality: Yunnan, China. Weight: 360 g (12.70 oz). Dimensions: 9 × 5.5 × 7 cm (90 × 55 × 70 mm; 3.54 × 2.17 × 2.76 in).
