De ronde groei is eerder verspreid dan continu, waardoor er veel donkerder draagvlak zichtbaar is tussen de helderdere groene vlekken. De fijne radiaalstructuur verschijnt op de grotere bollen in het zicht. Een foto toont een dikke, ongelijke kant onder het brede gezicht en een bleke band bij één rand, waardoor de schaarse groene groei een gelaagde, aardse achtergrond over dit Guizhou-monster.
