Over dit exemplaar
Guangdong sugar quartz at 210 g; a cabinet piece with a frosted, spiky look.
Good quartz is about hexagonal prisms with clean terminations and the glassy lustre that lets a cluster catch light from every angle.
Guangdong is the source of the red hematoid quartz and green phantom quartz that reached collectors after 2015.
The piece is cabinet in size, 8.8 × 6.3 × 6.2 cm (3.46 × 2.48 × 2.44 in) and 210 g (7.4 oz). Condition is otherwise as photographed.
