钒铅矿是一种铅的氯钒酸盐，Pb5(VO43Cl，六方晶系，形成于铅矿床上方的氧化带——含钒溶液在那里作用于风化的方铅矿。 矮胖柱体加上平坦顶盖的习性，正是米布拉登矿区的特征。 它的光泽为树脂光至金刚光而非金属光，莫氏硬度 3，极易刮伤；由于是铅矿物，把玩之后值得洗手。
