钒铅矿是一种铅的氯钒酸盐，Pb5(VO43Cl，形成于铅矿床上方的氧化带，渗流的水在此自周围岩石中带来钒。 铅的含量赋予晶体沉甸甸的分量与近乎金刚的光泽。 米德尔特地区的米布拉登，正是本矿种的经典产地。 晶体偏软，硬度约莫氏 3，所以请轻刷、切勿水洗，也绝不要让它在抽屉里滚动。
