A rounded mass of golden-amber calcite with a sparkling skin of tiny crystals, translucent in the thinner areas and darker at the base. Fluoresces under a UV torch, as the photos show.
Inner Mongolia amber calcite at 13.2 cm and 443 g; a small cabinet piece with a warm honey glow.
At 443 g (15.6 oz) it is a large cabinet specimen that is a statement piece for a display case or mantel. Sold as photographed, with any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note disclosed in this listing; colour is as true to hand as the photos allow.
