A compact thicket of long, grass-green pyromorphite prisms, the largest nicknamed big-bud, pointing in every direction from a small brown base. The crystals are elongated hexagonal barrels with a resinous shine.
Elongated green pyromorphite from Guangxi's Daoping district at thumbnail size; the prisms are longer than usual for the locality. It is a lead phosphate mineral.
Weight 14 g / 0.5 oz. Miniature specimen, fits a miniature cabinet or a desk display. Sold as photographed, with any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note disclosed in this listing; colour is as true to hand as the photos allow.
