Rosetas de carlhintzeíta amarillo verdosa se agrupan sobre fluorita oscura con pequeña creedita de Guizhou. Las flores redondeadas y brillantes siguen el borde superior de la fluorita y llenan en parte una cara hundida, mientras finas láminas dan a cada grupo un contorno radial y algodonoso. La creedita pálida añade pequeños detalles cristalinos en contraste alrededor de la base. Las dos vistas muestran el perfil compacto y erguido de la asociación y las repetidas rosetas verdes.
