Las hojas translúcidas dentados se elevan en ángulos variados, pasando de rosa rubor en las flores exteriores a lila más fría a través de los bolsillos centrales. Los bordes claros captan la luz a través de la cara ancha mientras que una base compacta soporta la corona de extensión.
