À propos de ce spécimen
Jinkouhe, Sichuan, quartz at 7.7 cm and 41 g; a small cabinet piece. A clear quartz crystal with black inclusions inside and a complete termination the supplier notes.
Good quartz is about hexagonal prisms with clean terminations and the glassy lustre that lets a cluster catch light from every angle.
Jinkouhe in Leshan, Sichuan, is the source of prehnite, gypsum and epidote specimens from a road-cut skarn discovered in the 2010s.
By size it is small cabinet, 3 × 1.5 × 7.7 cm (1.18 × 0.59 × 3.03 in) and 41 g (1.4 oz). Otherwise the piece is sold exactly as photographed.
