A dome of stubby, milky quartz prisms packed side by side like the skin of a pineapple, each point terminated and slightly translucent, with green fluorite tucked between the crystals at the base. The whole surface glitters because every point catches a different angle of light.
Guangdong's quartz-fluorite veins produce this compact, all-over crystallised form; it stands on its own and looks equally good from every side.
At 6.1 × 6 × 5.7 cm (2.40 × 2.36 × 2.24 in) and 212 g (7.5 oz) it is a small cabinet specimen that displays well on a shelf or in a cabinet. Sold as photographed, with any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note disclosed in this listing; colour is as true to hand as the photos allow.
