A sea-green aquamarine prism with a flat termination stands upright from a small base of white feldspar and black schorl needles, with a second smaller aquamarine beside it. The main crystal is translucent and evenly coloured.
Erongo, Namibia, produces aquamarine with schorl and feldspar in exactly this combination; a 15 g thumbnail that stands on its own.
