A broad plate of white quartz druse largely covered by dark green botryoidal malachite lobes, the malachite thickest along the top and right edges. The green is deep and the lobes are tightly packed.
Laotian malachite on quartz at 14.7 cm and 543 g; a display plate from a locality rarely seen in collections.
