關於此標本
一片寬闊的霧面方解石板狀晶體如帆一般自這件福建標本的背面升起，邊緣被啃出淺淺的扇形缺口；其下則有一團半透明的青瓷綠螢石為整件標本壓陣。兩者之間，一群乳白色的方解石晶體向前擁擠，於是這件標本讀來像是三種質地層層相疊：緞面的板晶、砂糖般的晶尖、玻璃質的綠。
福建的晶洞正是以這種對比著稱。碳酸鹽結晶較晚，覆蓋並部分包裹了較早生成的螢石，被包住之處的綠色如今化為柔和的底層輝光，而不是銳利的邊界。方解石莫氏硬度 3，並在三個方向上解理，這使得那片板晶成為全件最脆弱的部分——請務必從底部托起，切勿抓著板晶。
重 45 g。隨附上方可見的黏土墊與透明壓克力方塊，照片中沒有任何一處是替身。
