Las caras brillantes de pirita se encuentran alrededor de profundos huecos angulares en un grupo metálico compacto. Algunos planos amplios permanecen lisos y reflectantes, mientras que las áreas vecinas contienen escalones y aberturas más pequeñas. La esfalerita oscura se registra en la asociación y aparece alrededor de la textura mineral inferior. La segunda fotografía revela más de la estructura de la cara empotrada y la forma en que varios cristales proyectantes se superponen, dando al espécimen un contorno fuertemente geométrico con superficies brillantes alternadas y huecos interiores sombreados.
