About this specimen

Dimensions: 4.5 × 4.2 × 4.9 cm (1.77 × 1.65 × 1.93 in); longest edge 49 mm (1.93 in).

A substantial Peruvian pyrite crystal with mirror-bright planes, stepped surface texture and a compact geometric form.

Broad silver-gold faces meet in a compact, angular body. Fine stepped textures and densely patterned growth cover several planes, while other faces remain highly reflective. Seven distinct complete photographs show the pointed profile, broad triangular faces, side ridges and rougher underside. The specimen is pyrite from Peru; no more specific mine is supplied. Natural surface irregularities and edge variations are visible, so no flawless condition is claimed.

Frequently asked questions

Will I receive the exact specimen shown?

Yes. Every specimen is a single, one-of-a-kind piece, and the photographs show the exact item you will receive — never a stock photo.

Is this Pyrite natural?

Yes — specimens like this form naturally. As is standard in the trade, some pieces are gently cleaned or trimmed; we photograph the actual specimen and describe its origin and condition conservatively.

How is it packed and shipped?

Orders ship worldwide with fully insured, tracked delivery, carefully packed to protect fragile crystals.

Can I return it?

Yes — there is a 14-day return window.
