About this specimen
Brassy and warmer copper-colored pyrite accents accompany clear quartz, pink rhodochrosite, galena and iron-rich sphalerite. Quartz points spread along one side, while the pink blades and warm metallic faces gather near the opposite end. The gray central minerals provide a darker bridge between these contrasting edges. Turning to the side view reveals an elongated profile and places the clear points above the pink growth, changing the balance of colors within this Wuzhou specimen. Dimensions: 3.9 × 2.2 × 2.7 cm / 39 × 22 × 27 mm / 1.54 × 0.87 × 1.06 inch. Estimated weight: 26 g / 0.92 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
