Un solo cristal de pirita compleja se eleva sobre el cuarzo pálido de Fujian. Las capas metálicas que se repiten producen una superficie poligonal similar a la roseta, con crestas escalonadas en espiral alrededor del centro de la cara frontal amplia. Las formas de pirita más pequeñas continúan a lo largo de los lados y capturan reflejos de oro brillante. El ángulo inverso muestra la profundidad geométrica redondeada del cristal principal y la base de cuarzo blanco que lo sostiene.
