A cream-coloured calcite stalactite curves up and over the piece like an arch, meeting a second branch and rising above a base of white calcite crystals with tan staining; known as an arched, interlocking stalactite. The arch is intact.
Yunnan stalactitic calcite at 370 g in an unusual arched form; fragile at the bridge, so handle by the base.
