Four or five long, colourless calcite prisms, each terminated at both ends, cross one another at angles above a base of pale green fluorite and small brassy pyrite crystals. The calcite is water-clear with a faint frosting on the faces, and the crossed arrangement gives the piece an open, sculptural silhouette.
Elongated double-terminated calcite from Fujian is uncommon; the photos show a response under 365 nm UV. Fragile projecting crystals: handle by the base only.
At 8.5 × 5.5 × 4.3 cm (3.35 × 2.17 × 1.69 in) and 140 g (4.9 oz) it is a cabinet specimen that makes a strong centrepiece on a shelf or in a display case. Sold as photographed, with any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note disclosed in this listing; colour is as true to hand as the photos allow.
