A block of malachite in silky, feather-like fibrous sprays of bright green, the fibres radiating across the whole face with a velvet sheen. Complete all round.
African feathery malachite at 6.3 cm and 177 g; a miniature attributed to the Congo. Avoid dust; wash hands after handling.
