A block of ochre-brown matrix with pale green, prismatic plumbogummite crystals lying across its top, the prisms keeping the barrel shape of the pyromorphite they replaced. Please note the long prismatic form.
Guangxi prismatic plumbogummite at 452 g; a small cabinet piece from the Yangshuo district, the best-known source. It is a lead phosphate mineral.
Weight 452 g / 15.9 oz. Cabinet specimen, makes a strong centrepiece on a shelf or in a display case. Sold as photographed, with any known repair, mount, treatment or condition note disclosed in this listing; colour is as true to hand as the photos allow.
