Les formes arrondies plus grandes s'assoient les unes des autres, avec des taches pâles beaucoup plus petites remplissant des parties de l'espace entre elles. Une jante plus foncée et rugueuse entoure l'intérieur plus lisse et fait ressortir la croissance lumineuse. La deuxième photographie regarde plus directement dans le creux, révélant sa profondeur peu profonde comme un bol et l'arrangement dispersé de la calcite plutôt qu'un revêtement continu en cristal.
