Two rounded calcite balls with translucent yellow cores and frosted white skins sit side by side on a flat brown matrix, with a smaller calcite bead beside them. The form is known as egg-yolk soft-centre.
Zhejiang botryoidal calcite, thumbnail size and complete; the translucency of the yolk-coloured centres is the feature to look for.
