La croissance minérale verte est dispersée sur une vaste matrice brune, encadrée le long du bord par des cristaux de calcite pâles, semblables à des lames. Les zones vertes ont des contours angulaires irréguliers, contrastant avec la calcite translucide rose-gris. Une vue plus étroite révèle des grappes de projections vertes plus petites entre les lames pâles plus grandes. La malachite et la nabite sont enregistrées avec la calcite; les couleurs visibles et les contours de croissance donnent à l'intérêt du spécimen sans se fier à une interprétation de l'histoire de remplacement.
