About this specimen
A bicolor creedite chrysanthemum opens across brown matrix and encloses carlhintzeite from Guizhou. Clear to smoky blades radiate from a bright yellow-green center, then shift toward lavender and warm amber along the outer petals. The reverse view presents a narrower fan and exposes more of the host. The contrast between the lime core and glassy layered creedite gives the upright flower a distinct starburst appearance. Dimensions: 3 × 1.7 × 3.5 cm / 30 × 17 × 35 mm / 1.18 × 0.67 × 1.38 inch. Estimated weight: 15 g / 0.53 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
