About this specimen
Deep blue veszelyite rosettes form flower-like discs on pale hemimorphite from Yunnan. One rounded cluster dominates the front of the narrow matrix, while smaller turquoise crystals trace seams and edges around it. Cream-white hemimorphite creates a strong backdrop for the saturated copper-zinc phosphate. The reverse view reveals additional blue growth and the specimen's tall tapered profile. Dimensions: 1.5 × 1.2 × 2.3 cm / 15 × 12 × 23 mm / 0.59 × 0.47 × 0.91 inch. Estimated weight: 4 g / 0.14 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
