About this specimen

Fujian multi-mineral specimen at 14 × 9.6 × 24 cm and 2010 g including the stand; a large cabinet display piece. Keep dry.

Feldspar forms the blocky, pale crystals that act as a stage for the more colourful minerals in a pegmatite pocket.

Zeolites are framework silicates that line volcanic cavities with radiating and bladed white crystals. Rock crystal is judged on termination quality, clarity and how the crystals sit together, and the Chinese localities have raised the bar on all three.

Fujian's fluorite-quartz veins have supplied collectors for two decades; the province is the source of most of the green and purple Chinese fluorite on the market.

Dimensions place it in the large cabinet range, 14 × 9.6 × 24 cm (5.51 × 3.78 × 9.45 in) and 2010 g (70.9 oz). Condition is otherwise as photographed.

Every specimen here is photographed and catalogued individually before listing.

About Feldspar

Feldspar is the most abundant mineral group in the Earth's crust — a family of aluminosilicates of potassium, sodium and calcium. It spans the potassium feldspars (orthoclase, microcline) and the plagioclase series (albite through anorthite), and is a primary building block of granite and many other rocks. Collectors prize varieties such as amazonite (green microcline), moonstone and labradorite.

Frequently asked questions

Will I receive the exact specimen shown?

Yes. Every specimen is a single, one-of-a-kind piece, and the photographs show the exact item you will receive — never a stock photo.

Is this Feldspar natural?

Yes — specimens like this form naturally. As is standard in the trade, some pieces are gently cleaned or trimmed; we photograph the actual specimen and describe its origin and condition conservatively.

How is it packed and shipped?

Orders ship worldwide with fully insured, tracked delivery, carefully packed to protect fragile crystals.

Can I return it?

Yes — there is a 14-day return window.
