About this specimen
Tiny bundled creedite flowers form an iridescent golden-brown miniature from Guizhou. Fan-shaped groups radiate from several compact centers, flashing yellow, copper, and muted violet as the crystal blades overlap. A narrow dark matrix keeps the sprays separated and gives the piece an open three-dimensional silhouette. The alternate angle shows additional bundles around the back and the fine pointed terminations concentrated at each flower edge. Dimensions: 1.2 × 0.8 × 1.6 cm / 12 × 8 × 16 mm / 0.47 × 0.31 × 0.63 inch. Estimated weight: 1 g / 0.04 oz, calculated from its dimensions.
