About this specimen
A clear Namibian skeletal quartz crystal contains a large mobile fluid inclusion with two visible travel channels, plus a smaller enhydro pocket on the reverse. Layered growth terraces and fine mineral inclusions create complex internal scenery beneath the glassy outer faces. The termination has minor natural wear noted in the source. Measuring approximately 4.8 × 3 × 4.2 cm and weighing 64.5 g, this is a substantial inclusion specimen for close study.
Dimensions: 4.8 × 3 × 4.2 cm / 48 × 30 × 42 mm / 1.89 × 1.18 × 1.65 inch. Estimated weight: 57 g / 2.01 oz, calculated from the measured bounding volume.
